The Persian Cultural Center Inc. / Iranian Community School was established in 1986 as a non-profit, non-political educational organization devoted to enriching lives through the language, culture, history, literature, music, and art of Iran. Serving the greater Washington, DC Metropolitan area, we warmly welcome young learners and adults alike into our vibrant community.
As a recognized 501(c)(3) organization, we are committed to fostering an inclusive, welcoming environment where every family becomes part of our Persian School family. Beyond language instruction and cultural celebration, we strive to build a community centered on teamwork, respect, and appreciation for diverse cultural backgrounds. Our goal is to provide a space where students, parents, and teachers connect and thrive together, fostering mutual support, academic growth, and social well-being.
Our vision is to uphold Iranian culture as a proud pillar within the Iranian-American community, offering a sanctuary for students and parents to connect with their heritage.
